The Yamaha YZF R125 is equipped with a liquid cooled 125cc 4-stroke SOHC engine with Fuel Injection. This 125cc engine would produce an impressive 15bhp and torque of 12Nm.
The news of the YZF R125 to launch in India is not completely confirmed!But still we are reafy to wel-come this baby monster....
It is not decided but launch is Expected Early 2009.
expected price is 90,000 INR. ( From some source!!)

ya this site is just a sell tool for the yzf r125 dont forget it is a 4stoke and will easily be beatin by most 125 2stoke and da nsr 125 and plus it has nothing on da hondas cbr 125 and 150 and there slim design yes da yzf 125 looks good but it isn't a performer

Ideally,this bike should cost around Rs.70,000-75000 on roads Varying on states.But it will promise to eat all Fastest Indian Bikes on Road in 125-135cc segment and to some extent 150cc segments as well for the first 5 secons of pick up atleast .......It is an over powered(15 bhp/125cc Engine) Bike.Based on the details available on the Net it should clock 0-60kmph in 5.2 seconds flat from rest.Even a Hero Honda Achiever takes around 5.5 seconds.So be ready for a Cracker!

hey folks the cost of the bike will be above 10,0000.and its too low for this byke cause it has 15hp and 9000rpmand r6 inspired midship mufler.and srtong delta box.but i would prefer the ninja 250....which has 31hp and costs around 1.7lakh

15bhp is very common for indian bike, and if i wud be chosing R125, i wolud drop the idea of having it just beacose of price tag.

it's cost is very high for a middle class family.it's cost should be around rs.70,000 as only stunner 125fi and glamour 125 with fi cost nearly this bike.
